Considered the best in the world, according to the World Travel Guide, the New Year’s Eve brings together about 2 million people along 4km of shore. The event features DJs and consecrated artists, distributed on four stages, as well as a fireworks show. In the 2013 edition, the main stage presented an LED technology unprecedented in Brazil, brought directly from the  Olympic Ceremonies of London 2012. The 250m² structure was capable of forming live-operated images.
