A party to stay in our history. In the year that Rio de Janeiro realized the dream of hosting the Olympic Games, Copacabana’s New Year’s Eve was the perfect occasion to begin the celebrations. More than two million people vibrated with concerts of Zeca Pagodinho, Arlindo Cruz, Dudu Nobre, among other great artists. Three LED panels installed on the stage pulsed with the rhythm of the song, as well  as forming a giant digital clock that increased the audience’s expectation for midnight. The traditional fireworks display lasted 16 minutes with unprecedented effects, such as “ghostlands” and “kamuro palms”, in addition to “repetition bombs” in which the fires open and repeat themselves as bright and floating confetti felt from the sky. In addition to the production, SRCOM also signed the creation of visual identity, promotional actions, planning, public relations, general production, audiovisual, infrastructure and logistics.
