TRAINING WITH RESULTS
SRCOM is like this: we have great ideas and make them fit anywhere, even inside a van. This was our strategy to offer Motorola handset sales training to thousands of retail and operator vendors throughout Brazil. For seven months, we covered the South, Southeast and Midwest of the country to train more than 20 thousand people. The result was encouraging – direct and effective contact prepared salespeople in an integrated manner and maximized sales in the places visited.
