The challenge of this event was to exceed the expectations of all the other conventions held by O Boticário until today.

ENCOUNTER with MOTIVATION

Even in a year of great economic crisis, we found a legitimate way to motivate the franchisees. With that in mind, we came up with the theme: “O Boticário League “. Treated as true heroes, everyone was summoned to a sort  of a special mission. Among franchisees, employees and executives the audience reached 1,203 people. With 95% of satisfaction, we can happily say that we have contributed to the rescue of the group’s essence, valuing the proximity and care characteristic of the new management and making the franchisee feel as the brand’s protagonist again.
